Getting Dratini

The ice did hurt the Kingdra, but not terribly significantly. It didn't slow down in the least as it broke through the frozen water and made its Giga Impact land. Regardless of if it would hit or not, the Kingdra also formed a Whirlpool around Abari, attempting to trap and constrict him.

"Erupt. Kenkasai!!" (-The area around where the whirlpool is would begin to boil as his spiritual pressure was released to its maximum output without being in bankai from. It had enough force to literally push the whirl pool apart from him. The Area around him began to boil as he looked towards the kingdra and would disappear in front behind, and to the sides of him the chains around the scythes w3ould tangle the kingdra hopefully to the point where he couldn't escape as he released his Tsuzuri Raiden attack through the chain hopefully shocking him senseless-)

Being partly a Dragon type had its advantages for the Kingdra. It gave it far more resistance, including that of electricity, and high endurance. As Abari attempted to tangle the Kingdra, it unleashed another Gige Impact on the chains in an effort to break free, before using a powerful Waterfall on Abari himself to send him right back up the the surface of the Midnight Waters. Ragardless of the outcome, the Kingdra knew when enough was enough, and would begin swimming away..

(Gay you had me think i was getting a kingdra)

(-Abari would indeed get sent back upwards to the midnight waters as he would dissolve his shikai back into its original form. kinda upset that he lost to a Pokemon and then that he didnt even catch one made him upset.-)

((No one said the pokemon here were gonna go easy on people~))

The waters would begin to lightly swirl around Abari, not so much a threat as a comforting thing. If one paid attention, they could see something swimming in the water just below Abari.

(-Abari would look up at the water and saw it was moving. It didnt look harmful but he grabbed his sword just encase the kingdra would come back for a round two.-)

The figure got closer to Abari, making itself visible. It was a small, snake-like pokemon, smiling at Abari as if it was following along the entire time. In its small mouth it held a scale awfully like that of the Kingdra Abari had just scuffled with.

"Huh." (-Abari would take the scale away from the dratini and looked at how nice it was. It wasn't like that kingdra he faced. It was actually kinda cute even.-) "Say little buddy how about you come and hang with me for a while?"

The Dratini swam around Abari eagerly at this, seemingly excited at the prospect. That would be taken as a resounding "yes" in pokemon language.

*abari would reach in his back pocket and grab a poke ball, as he would then capture the dratini and headed elsewhere-)

As Abari was leaving, the waters behind him would churn dramatically, as the Kingdra's pair of glowing eyes pierced through. It surfaced to see Abari leave, as an omen of sorts. Though Abari himsef had no way of noticing ths himself.
