Havoc's power

Energy Eye:the energy eye is a move that was given to havoc by her father when she was little this energy eye gives the user the power to control the energy that is around them and take over a persons energy and use it agents them.




Justu that is granted by the energy eye

Energy Lance:makes a lance of pure energy.

Energy Shield:forms a shield made up of energy that is not that strong but it keeps the enemy away for a while.

Energy Absorbing:absorbs energy from near by things for using.

Energy blade:makes a blade of energy.

Element Justu

Fire Shoat:shoots out a fire ball from the mouth.

Fire flower:Jumps up into the sky and shoots out 4 leaf like fire shapes that burn a flower into the ground and what ever is in the way.

Fire Blade:forms a blade made up of fire that shoots from the hand.

Lighting Sword:summons a sword from the sky that is made up of lighting.

Lighting Fang:send out a lighting fang like attack.

with the cloning abilities that is all fine but as long its A clone and not MULTIPLE clones

at a further rank it would be ok to summon multiple clones but not 7th

with the shield that's fine just acknowledge that if someone higher rank attacks they can and probably will overpower the shield.

and finally the vision power that is not allowed here not even 1st rank i believe is allowed that so no no futuresight allowed at all. simply because its the ultimate godhack example below

*bob goes to swing sword aimed directly for his heart*

*bill with his vision would see this occur and react uncannily dodging the strike and counter bob's move*

ok its ok now just (and you do not need to edit for this) acknowledge that if you are trying to control energy that a higher rank is controlling chances are it will not work
