Death's holy armour

It hold's no real power other than it gives off a nice glow, making it look like Mike(Ripper) has a holy aura around him.
The armour also has a good defence, plus it can withstand 9mm rounds, and can block against slash's to the gut, as well as stabs. There is one flaw however, it has two open spots under the arm pits, and near the under side.

Scythe

The Scythe Mike(Ripper) uses is like an normal scythe but can withstand and deal great amounts of damage.
Mike practices everyday in order not to get rusty.

Death's unholy armour of Judgement

Like the human version but black and has skull's on it. This armour however is magic and provides protection from both magic, and normal weapon's. The armour has no gaps other that the face, which is kept bare. The armour gives off a bad and yet painful feeling to those who look at it. This armour can only take so much though before it breaks, and makes an opening.

The armour is also made so that it produce a way to heal Ripper, by sometimes absorbing someones soul energy.

The wing's of Ripper

they give him the ability to fly, and can be used to shelter Ripper from the rain. They also have the power to hold souls.

The unholy sword of Death

The unholy sword of death is nearly 1 ton and cannot be lifted my normal human beings. It acts as both a sheild and weapon when in combat, and also has the ability to shoot green flames. The flames are somewhat harmless but are used more so as a distraction.

Ripper's Death Scythe

Ripper's Death Scythe has most of his power, without it he would dissappear. He can only be away from it for a week in his true form.
The Scythe has the ability to cut through almost anything.
The Scythe is also more than 50 lbs.

Zanpakuto (Both form's): summon's his Zanpakuto soul blade.
It looks like a Katana with a skull jewel at the end, with a Golden hilt wrapped around by a fine white cloth, and tight red with gold trim rope tied over top the cloth to keep it from falling.
He is able to send out his 'Death's Bane' attack from this sword as well.

Death's unholy armour of Judgement - Just to clarify, it provides protection from both things, but it can't be considered to provide absolute immunity from them, since that would be plain overpowered, for any rank.
