Darklings sacrifice, Miles's awakening

(disclaimer: Skye has approved of his considering this has not been dealt with for literally months.)

*Darkling during training remembered something about Miles's osmosis skin and would face the osmosis skin covering Miles. Sacrificing his life to the osmosis skin would give the osmosis skin what it needs to create enough ether for Miles to wake yet even self sacrifice was a hard thing to do for the loyal Darkling. For a long while he would think deeply about the two options but he would soon realize what needed to be done.*

*without looking he would run towards the osmosis skin over Miles being ready for the death he was to suffer and once in contact with the osmosis skin a blood curdling scream would be heard in the area as the darkling would be taken apart with a great deal of pain being converted into the very goo that covers Miles but with a Black taint. After a unbearable 15 long minutes Darkling was gone and the osmosis skin processed the Darkling into ether for Miles to wake leaving a reminder of Darkling's sacrifice being a single black area in the look of a tribal black tattoo on his right hand.*

*afterwords Miles had awoke and would get up, his body stiff all over from the long time he spent in a coma he would look around and walk home not risking flight with a fatigued status. Along the long hike he would be curious why Darkling was not around and follow the Darkling's footprints seeing a scuffle around where he had laid unconscious. With a quick questioning of his now good osmosis skin compared to the evil it was long long ago he had his worst fears confirmed and walked off leaving a gravestone in Darkling's name where he had sacrificed himself*
